General

Plant Room operates these applications for internal business administration. OAuth-accessed data is used only for the operational functions described on this site. It is not sold or used for advertising. Access is limited to authorized Plant Room operational systems and personnel.

Plant Room Gmail Automation

Google data accessed

With Owner authorization, the Gmail Automation can access relevant Gmail messages, their content and attachments when needed for Plant Room operations, and Gmail labels. Its requested OAuth permission is https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.modify.

Use, retention, and sharing

This data is used only for Plant Room’s private internal reservation- and invoice-related operational workflows. It is not used for advertising, sold, or provided as a public service. Message and attachment handling is limited to what is needed for the operational workflow. The precise retention and storage behavior remains subject to Owner review and the configured automation environment.

Google user data is not shared with third parties except where necessary to operate the Owner-controlled automation. Access is limited to the Plant Room operator and the technical systems needed to provide that workflow.

Plant Room Apps Script CLI

Google data accessed

The Apps Script CLI can read Apps Script project metadata, Apps Script source content, and the authorized Google account email identity.

Use

This data is used for internal engineering, maintenance, audit, controlled deployment preparation, and account verification. The current Apps Script scope is read-only: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/script.projects.readonly. Account identification uses https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email. The application does not use these scopes to modify Apps Script source.

OAuth credentials

OAuth credentials are used only for authenticated Google API access and are retained only in authorized environments. Tokens are not sold or used for advertising. Authorization and refresh tokens may be revoked through Google account controls by the user or administrator.
